Exercises that improve eyesight
'Palming.' To rest and relax your eyes, sit comfortably contained by front of a table, resting your elbows on a stack of cushions high plenty to bring your palms easily to your eyes lacking stooping forward or looking up. Close your eyes and cover them with your cupped palms to exclude hurricane lantern, avoiding pressure on the sockets. Breathe slowly and evenly, relaxing and imagining weighty blackness. Begin by doing this for 10 minutes, two or three times a day.
'Swinging.' Relax and save the eyes mobile. Stand up and focus on a distant point, swaying gently from side to side. Repeat 100 times day by day, blinking as you sway. Blinking cleans and lubricates the eyes, which is especially important if you spend profoundly of time in front of a computer.
'Colour afternoon.' You may be asked to have a 'colour morning.' Choose a colour and look out for it throughout the day. When you see it, be aware of the colour a bit than the form. For example, if it's a red truck, experience the shade of red, not the truck.
'Sunning' Try to do this once a day. It requires a sunny hours of daylight, or a good desk kerosene lamp with an incandescent bulb. The exercise is simple. Close your eyes. Look directly at the sun through
your closed eyes. While facing the sun, slowly rotate your come first from side to side as far as you can.
This gets the sunlight on the at a tangent vision, and it help bring more blood circulation to your neck. Do this for 3 to 5 minutes. It's amazing, even on a cold morning, how warm the sun feel on your eyes.

My grandma have degenerating eye disease and she take a multi vitamin that is made for the eyes, you catch them at Walgreens, I am sure a Walgreens pharmasist will be able to give a hand you find them. She also uses eye drops everyday. She started doing this a few years and the eye doctor told her that the vitamins have almost completly put her phantasm loss to a stop.
You can't. Although eye exercises and other alternatives are suggested, a 2005 review of scientific papers on the subject concluded that in that was "no clear irrefutable evidence" that eye exercises were successful in treating myopia. (1) The evidence is at best contradictory and mostly suggests that there's zilch you can do.(2)
However, there is no 'process' - your prescription may amend as you age, but shouldn't really change much as an full-grown. Degradation of vision is not a middle-of-the-road part of aging. Anyway, even if your prescription change, you just want to get strange glasses - any way, you're still wearing specs, and if you can get to 20/20 near glasses on, your phantasm is considered perfect.
The multivitamin that "Mom22" suggested have been proved forceful in slowing down the progression of the disease macular degeneration (3) - but just in ancestors that already have the disease, which you don't.
Don't excess time or money on things that haven't been proven powerful in well-controlled clinical trials.
