(((PLZ ENTER))) What does white spots on a Topographic photo of an eye expect ?

I recently had a topographic photo for my eye cuz i wanted to formulate a LASIK surgery ,and the doctor found white spots on the photo . so he re-planned another date for another topographic photo and told me not to wear my contact lenses for another month before the photo.

plz does any1 know what does white spots on a topographic photo mean ? am so worried and couldn't get anything from my doctor !
and if u could me any site or any other source that i can catch information from ?

I'm not sure at all, but an educated guess might be protein build-up from wearing your contacts.
That might be the reason why he asked you to come support after not wearing your contacts.
