Answers:   Usually you have either three sets of numbers per eye with astigmatism, or one set per eye without. The 100 looks like the angle for astigmatism, which is slightly to one side of straight up. The -0.50 then gives the amount of astigmatism correction. The other number, on its own if you don't have astigmatism, is the strength or power and is can be anything from -8 to +8 typically (or more) in 0.25 steps.

With those numbers you have an incomplete prescription so the remainder of your questions are unanswerable.
