I have adjusted my glasses many times - probably around 6 times... How likely are glasses to break when adjusted?

I have adjusted my glasses many times - probably around 6 times in total. How likely are they to break each time they are adjusted? Sources or experience please!
Answers:   Hello- Im an experienced optometrist- There is no correct answer here im afraid- A lot depends upon the style of frame, the material that the frame is made of AND the experience of the person who is adjusting the frame itself- Frames are made out of many different materials, common plastics are cellulose acetate and proprionate and metals are usually alloys like titanium and nickel etc. These frame materials all have diiferent rigidity and flexibility but most are built with the need for manipulation or adjustment in mind. There is no maximum or limit to the amount of times you can adjust any frame. As i said there is no accurate answer to this question. Hope this helps
